Drop-offs are welcome any trade day. For a same-day offer or equipment trade (Mon, Tue & Thu only), check in by 1:30pm and plan to stay while we review. Bring one store-provided 18-gallon bin. Equipment must be fully assembled outside before we take a look.
Wait in store (typically 15–45 min) or we can call you within a week with an offer. Any customer can request approval before accepting — this lets you review exactly what we took and what we passed on before anything is finalized.
Earn a percentage of our resale price — paid on the spot. Choose cash for a quick payout, or store credit for even more value. Either way, same day, no waiting.
Items we pass on can go home with you or be donated to the store. Most donations end up on our 25¢ table or our monthly free giveaways — a great way to pay it forward!

We buy and trade a wide range of kids' items — here's what we're looking for.
Newborn through size 5T. Clean, gently used, no stains or pilling.
Sizes 4 through 14. Current styles, great brands preferred.
Tops, pants, dresses and activewear in excellent condition.
Clean soles, minimal wear. All sizes from infant through kids.
Complete sets with all pieces. Educational, wooden, and brand-name toys.
Strollers, car seats (within expiration), carriers, high chairs and more — all parts included, assembled outside.

A little prep goes a long way.
Wash everything before you bring it in. Freshly laundered items are far more likely to be accepted.
Lay clothing items flat and unfolded — it helps us process more efficiently and speeds up your offer.
We typically buy one season ahead — fall buying starts mid-summer, spring buying starts mid-winter. Any seasonal buying changes are announced on Facebook first.
Gap, Carter's, Nike, Patagonia, North Face — recognizable brands get better offers than unbranded generics.
Gear and toys must be complete to be considered. Bring all parts, straps, and accessories — and include batteries or chargers for anything that requires power. A toy that doesn't turn on gets passed on.
Items that smell like smoke or pets are automatically passed on. Give things a fresh wash and a sniff test before packing up.

Nope! Drop-offs are welcome any trade day — Mon, Tue & Thu 11am–2pm and Sundays 11am–1pm. For a same-day offer or equipment trade (Mon/Tue/Thu only), check in by 1:30pm and plan to stay while we review.
To receive a same-day offer — including all equipment trades — you must be checked in by 1:30pm on Mon, Tue, and Thu. No exceptions. If you arrive after 1:30pm, we won't be able to process your items that day.
We do our best to maintain consistent trade hours, but we do occasionally close for holidays, staffing, or scheduled store rotation and refresh weeks. We post all closures promptly on our Facebook page — check there before making a trip if you're unsure.
Usually 15–45 minutes depending on how many items you bring. If you'd rather not wait, you can request approval and we'll contact you within the week with an offer.
It depends on how much time is left. The expiration date is stamped directly on the seat — we check every one. Here's our policy: under 6 months remaining = we cannot purchase or accept as a donation. 6–24 months remaining = accepted as a donation only, no purchase. 2+ years remaining = eligible for purchase. Safety is non-negotiable.
In-store only — bring your items in person during trade hours. This lets our team evaluate each item hands-on, which is how we keep quality high and offer fair prices.
